Two tests that answer whether you need a new website before you commit a budget to one.
Test one: can a stranger describe what you do, who it is for, and why it matters after ten seconds on your homepage? If not, the problem might be a single screen — not a rebuild.
Test two: does the technical foundation block what you want to do? If the platform cannot support the pages, integrations, or publishing speed you need, a new site is a rational investment. If it can, you are probably buying design when you need messaging.
Run both tests before scoping. The honest answer is frequently a focused content and design engagement on the pages that carry revenue, which costs a fraction of a rebuild and can be done in weeks.
